Role Description The Sports Specialist role at Abinexis is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the development and promotion of sports-related offerings, with an emphasis on football. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing sports coaching guidance, creating football training plans, and supporting online and virtual coaching sessions. The Sports Specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to help position sports products and services, contribute to customer engagement initiatives, and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members. The role also involves gathering feedback from athletes and customers, updating training content, and helping build a strong sports-focused community around the brand.
Qualifications

• Strong sports coaching capabilities, with experience in Sports Coaching and general Coaching.
• Practical knowledge and passion for Football, with the ability to design and explain football-specific training plans.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for remote interactions.
• Basic to intermediate Sales skills to support promotion of sports-related products and services.
• Experience working in sports academies, clubs, or coaching environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for coaching, communication, and reporting.
• Relevant certifications in sports coaching or physical education are an advantage.
