The Impact of a Sr. Account Development Representative at Coupa: What You’ll Do 主な業務内容 : 戦略的ターゲット開拓 : 顧客企業の経営課題に基づいた仮説を構築し、経営幹部（ C レベル）や部門長クラスへの戦略的なアプローチを行う 多角的なリード創出 : ターゲットを絞ったアウトバウンド活動、およびマーケティング部門からのインバウンドリードに対する高度なナーチャリングを通じた商談創出 をリードする 需要創出の共創 : マーケティング部門と密に連携し、キャンペーンの効果を最大化するための施策立案と実行 パイプライン戦略の実行 : フィールドセールスと連携し、単なるアポイント獲得に留まらない、成約確度を高めるためのパイプライン構築戦略の遂行 データドリブンな予測と管理 : CRM （ Salesforce 等）を活用し、営業部門や経営陣に対し、定量的かつ論理的な根拠に基づいた正確な予測（ Forecast ）を提供 価値提案の実践 : Coupa の製品ラインおよび独自の訴求価値（ TSM 等）を深く理解し、顧客のビジネスコンテキストに合わせたデモンストレーションを実施 What You Will Bring to Coupa 求めるスキル・経験（ Coupa で活かせるあなたの強み） : 論理的思考力 : 抽象的なビジネス課題を具体的に分解。解決策としての製品価値を論理的に組み立てられる能力 未経験の事象に対しても、素早く本質を捉え、自ら学習・適応する力（ラーニングアジリティ） 不確実性の高い状況を受け入れ、変化することを楽しみながら解決策志向の考え方ができること 戦略的コミュニケーション能力 : 相手の役職や課題に合わせた適切な言語選定と、説得力のある対話ができるスキル 実績とコミットメント : リード創出や販売目標を継続的に達成し、プロセス改善にも寄与してきた実績 セールス経験 : IT/ ソフトウェア業界での実務経験 1 ～ 2 年程度（あれば尚可） エンタープライズ企業への営業経験（あれば尚可）※ IT / ソフトウェア業界問わず セルフマネジメント能力 : 高い自発性と責任感を持ち、日々の活動指標（ KPI ）を戦略的に管理・達成できる計画性 基礎教育 : 学士号必須 。 IT リテラシー : Salesforce.com または類似の CRM システムの活用経験 （あれば尚可） Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
