About The Role:

Our Finance team thrives on innovation, speed, and accuracy, and we’re looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join us. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic fintech environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with business units to gather data, validate accrual assumptions, and ensure timely and accurate recognition of expenses
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations, variance analysis, and review supporting documentation to maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial statements are accurate
  • Work closely with FP&A to align actuals with forecasts and budgets
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation in assigned tasks
  • Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years focused on accruals, month-end close, and reconciliations or financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven industries preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance teams
