Sr Affiliate Manager

Kawaii Partners is seeking a results-driven Sr Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on SEO affiliate deals, working to recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliates operating in tier-1 markets (DACH, Scandinavia, and Oceania). Your expertise in SEO-driven acquisition strategies and deep understanding of the iGaming industry will be essential in scaling our affiliate partnerships and maximizing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage SEO affiliates, ensuring sustainable and profitable partnerships.
• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners operating in Tier-1 markets.
• Negotiate and optimize SEO affiliate deals to ensure maximum ROI and revenue growth.
• Analyze and track affiliate performance, adjusting strategies to improve conversions and traffic quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies across all affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor and validate affiliate payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Develop strategies to scale SEO affiliate traffic and expand our global affiliate portfolio.
• Meet and exceed predefined performance targets, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and competitive landscape, applying insights to affiliate marketing strategies.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with key insights and action plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically managing SEO affiliate deals.
• iGaming industry background is a must (Casino vertical).
• Proven experience working with affiliates in Tier-1 markets (DACH, Scandinavia, Oceania).
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, traffic acquisition, and performance tracking in affiliate marketing.
• Effective sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze and optimize affiliate performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with affiliate dashboards, tracking tools, and analytics platforms (Affilka, Semrush etc).
• Excellent communication and people skills, with full English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and meet key performance targets.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
