What You Will Do
- Responsible for the preparation and oversight of daily cash and ABL positioning
- Responsible for daily distribution of banking reports to internal functional teams as well as Senior Leadership
- Monitors all domestic and international bank accounts for adequate funding
- Maintains wire transfer templates for international and domestics beneficiaries for more than 100 domestic and international bank accounts
- Responsible for approving and monitoring ACH and wire transfers, including recalls through full cycle
- Monthly statement maintenance for domestic and international accounts and merchant accounts
- Support bank account related activities such as opening/closings, signatory management, and KYC updates.
- Support merchant account oversight, credit card processing and related activities
- Assist senior management with projects, special requests or reconciliations as needed
What You Will Need

- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting.
- At least 3-5 years of treasury experience, particularly in global cash management and a demonstrated growth in experience and responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of Windows based products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as web-based interactive systems.
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft and Kyriba preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Compensation
Salary range is $65,000-$80,000 USD annually
