The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering outstanding marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Paid Media team within USCM focused on delivering best-in-class digital acquisition marketing that drives scaled demand for Consumer products and services.
The Senior Analyst, Content & Creative Strategy will report into the Director of Paid Media within U.S. Consumer Marketing. This is a highly critical role supporting the execution of paid media creative across the Consumer Services portfolio, ensuring campaign assets are developed, reviewed, organized, and delivered accurately across marketing channels.
In this role, the Senior Analyst will maintain core project materials, coordinate review inputs, track approvals and dependencies, and help connect creative development to media plans, channel requirements, and launch timelines. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building foundational experience across creative development, paid media execution, marketing operations, and emerging ways of working.
Campaign Execution: Support the execution of paid media creative across U.S. Consumer Marketing campaigns, helping move assets from briefing through review, handoff, and launch with accuracy and consistency.
Creative Operations: Maintain core project materials, including timelines, trackers, status updates, deliverable inventories, approval records, and campaign documentation.
Review & Launch Readiness: Prepare and manage materials needed for internal reviews, legal and compliance approvals, partner handoffs, and campaign launch readiness.
Asset Management & Quality Assurance: Organize creative assets and ensure deliverables align to approved inputs, required disclosures, channel needs, and campaign documentation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with marketing, media, product, legal, compliance, analytics, and agency partners to track open questions, approvals, dependencies, and next steps.
Agency Management: Support the management of multiple internal and external creative agencies, helping coordinate priorities, timelines, deliverables, and feedback to keep workstreams aligned and on track.
Team Operations & Reporting: Organize meeting materials, action logs, recap documents, templates, calendars, shared repositories, and leadership-ready status updates.
Learning & Performance Support: Track creative testing inputs, performance updates, learning logs, and optimization follow-ups across paid media channels.
Emerging Ways Of Working: Use approved tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to support research synthesis, reporting, content organization, first drafts, and repeatable team workflows.
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, operations, production, digital media, or an agency environment.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with paid media channels, creative production, asset management, review documentation, or quality-control processes preferred.
Curiosity about emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and more efficient ways of working preferred.
