Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. OVERVIEW Join our Data and Analytics organization to help digitally transform the Supply Chain at General Mills. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Partner with business SMEs, Solution Managers, and technology teams to understand Supply Chain data needs and align Data Foundations with enterprise Data & Analytics strategy Translate business questions and requirements into clear technical specifications, delivery plans, and actionable data solutions Communicate timelines, priorities, and progress effectively to stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery Serve as a lead analyst and mentor, providing technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to analysts across the Supply Chain Data Foundations team Act as the Supply Chain data SME, partnering with engineers and architects to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform Maintain and enhance existing data foundations with a focus on performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term reliability Define and promote best practices in data analysis, modeling, documentation, data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, coding standards, and data security Use observability and monitoring tools such as Monte Carlo and Collibra to improve data reliability, consistency, and trustworthiness Drive innovation, automation, and AI enablement while strengthening analytical capability through knowledge-sharing and peer learning initiatives Support strategic priorities including sustainability reporting, digital twins, predictive analytics, and regulatory compliance through strong data models and reliable pipelines MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 10+ years of total IT/ITES experience, including at least 7 years in data analytics / data analysis roles. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (intermediate to advanced level) and hands-on experience with ETL, data modeling, and data transformation tools. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Business Understanding: Exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or FMCG data domains preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and multicultural environment. Delivery Approach: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery practices. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Mindset: Positive, proactive, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to team success. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FMCG / Supply Chain Exposure: Broad understanding of FMCG business processes — planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability — and how data enables business insights across these domains. ERP and Data Integration: Familiarity with SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and ETL tools, with an understanding of foundational data models and reporting frameworks used in enterprise supply chain analytics.
