Job Description Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, delivery) to collect bid content and ensure accuracy. Analyze bid requirements and assist in developing tailored proposals that meet client specifications. Monitor and manage bid timelines and deadlines, ensuring all submissions are completed on time. Review and edit bid documents for clarity, coherence, and compliance with requirements. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to gather supporting information for proposals. Conduct research on competitors, client needs, and market trends to strengthen bid quality and positioning. Maintain organized bid documentation, templates, and records to support tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
