The Team and Role:
Logitech is seeking a collaborative and analytical Sr. Bid Desk Analyst to join our North America Pricing Operations & Bid Desk team. This position acts as a vital bridge between our external channel partners and internal teams, resolving complex issues and optimizing partner ecosystems. You will interact regularly with Sales, Marketing, and Finance management for a broad exposure to our Logitech for Business (B2B) teams.

- Provide partner support & guidance
- Be responsible for documentation and knowledge sharing
- Identify gaps in existing processes and drive holistic solutions
- Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for support queries from our B2C and B2B partners
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and issues
- Create and maintain partner support playbook to include workflows, processes, procedures, and FAQs
- Track incoming support tickets to identify recurring friction points and propose preventive fixes
- Collaborate with Finance to validate and resolve claim discrepancies
- Operationalize Channel Partner Program pricing policies
- Ensure corporate compliance practices by maintaining accurate data, logs, and approval tracking
- Work closely between the Business and IT for system solutions and process improvements pertaining to Salesforce opportunity management, quoting, and other relevant Sales Operations responsibilities
- Formulate and test system enhancements during QA and UAT phases; identifying bugs, providing key insights, and offering practical solutions to IT and business partners
Key Qualifications:

- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work under pressure and appropriately prioritize
- Strong business acumen and ability to wrap business context around analytical responsibilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate leadership/decision-making and remain accountable to daily details
- Responsible and accountable to compliance requirements and accuracy
- Strong experience using Excel and related analytical tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Oracle R12 and/or SFDC
- Proven ability to identify challenges & drive efficiencies at the intersection of Business Processes and IT Systems
- Prior experience working in sales support, customer success, or deal desk
- Exposure to project management and/or participation in project implementations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field preferred and minimum 5 years experience with transactional systems and business operations

Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 68,000 and $ 89,000.
