We are currently searching for a Sr Business Development Manager for IT Staffing and Recruitment – Nearshore Services: Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities for nearshore IT staffing and recruitment services in the U.S. market . Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and hiring managers. Create and execute sales strategies to expand service offerings and increase market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruitment, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development tactics and increase competitiveness. Requirements 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or related fields. Demonstrable track record of selling nearshore IT staffing services to clients in the U.S. market. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers. Understanding of nearshore outsourcing models, labor market trends, and client needs. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain multiple client relationships. Desired Familiarity with HubSpot / CRM software and other business development tools. Background in developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 or high-growth tech companies. Native Spanish. Languages Advanced Oral English. Note: Fully remote.
