What will you be doing?

This is a high-impact commercial operations role at the center of WWT's Healthcare and Life Sciences growth engine. It's built for a self-starting operator who thrives with autonomy — someone who doesn't wait to be handed a plan, but builds one, sells it internally, and executes it. The person in this seat will own the strategy, planning, and execution behind how the practice generates new business, expands existing accounts, and converts market presence into measurable, durable pipeline with full access to an intern resource to help execute.

This is not a role where success means executing someone else's playbook — it's a role where you help build the playbook. You'll combine commercial strategy with hands-on command of data and modern AI tooling to create outsized leverage: automating what used to take a team days, surfacing insights before anyone asks for them, and constantly raising the bar on what "good" looks like for the practice. This is a rare opportunity to operate at a strategic altitude with the freedom to shape how the business runs — a seat for someone who wants ownership, not just a job description.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Pipeline Generation

  • Own the strategy and execution plan for new-business generation and existing-account expansion across HCLS, working closely with account, GS&A, delivery, and marketing teams to identify and refine opportunities
  • Support account teams directly: build and deliver account research, presentation slides, and account plans; attend key HPT meetings; support customer meetings including Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs)
  • Drive constant outbound prospecting across both existing accounts and pursuit accounts to keep pipeline full and current
  • Constantly evolve our ROI-driven value proposition using competitive/market analysis to sharpen how the practice positions for the rapidly changing landscape and against competitors
  • Support RFI/RFP opportunities as a strategic contributor
  • Report on pipeline and revenue performance with real data — sourced/influenced pipeline, conversion rates, account-expansion progress — and use it to continuously refine the approach
  • Represent the practice's growth strategy in internal planning conversations as an extension of practice leadership

Analytics & AI-enabled Commercial Operations

  • Own reporting and analytics for the practice using Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other databases — build and maintain a data-driven view of pipeline health, conversion rates, and account-expansion opportunities, and proactively surface insights rather than waiting to be asked
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and workflows to automate research, content generation, lead scoring, account prioritization, and outreach personalization at scale
  • Oversee and optimize the practice's enterprise sales and marketing tool stack (Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar databases), with an eye toward where automation can replace manual effort

Marketing & Brand

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all things marketing within HCLS, working directly with WWT's regional and national marketing teams to align practice initiatives with broader company campaigns with full access to an intern resource to execute
  • Own the practice's national webinar program (e.g., Healthcare of the Future) end-to-end: creation, outreach, facilitation, reporting, and attendee follow-up to uncover pipeline
  • Own all conferences the practice plans and attends — from strategy and logistics through pre- and post-event outreach, reporting, and follow-up (HIMSS, ViVE, BIO International, DataDriven Pharma, HIMSS regional events, and future events)
  • Own social media strategy and execution – driving engagement and inbound visibility
  • Develop GTM assets: collateral, sells, presentation decks, infographics, case studies, white papers, and market-specific kits, case study write-ups, and business value assessments (BVAs)
  • Conduct ongoing market surveillance, outreach, and promotion for speaking opportunities to drive Chief Advisor brand presence and evangelism
