What You Will Do
- Lead business discovery, requirements gathering, and process analysis across Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams;
- Facilitate workshops and document business needs, pain points, and future-state processes;
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, customer journeys, and supporting system interactions;
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog items;
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and implementation vendor teams;
- Support Product Owner(s) in backlog refinement and prioritization;
- Participate in fit-gap analysis against existing platform capabilities;
- Define and support UAT strategy, test scenarios, and business validation activities;
- Support defect triage, issue resolution, and change request analysis;
- Ensure requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation;
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, business processes, and platform adoption.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English;
- Solid Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience;
- Strong experience in requirements management and stakeholder facilitation;
- Experience with end-to-end process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE);
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories;
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams;
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills;
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
Nice To Have
- Salesforce Experience Cloud / CRM experience;
- Customer Portal, Digital Product, B2B Commerce, or Self-Service platform experience;
- Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Commodities, or Manufacturing experience;
- Spanish language skills.
