Job Description
Role Overview
The Manager will lead one or more Post Payment Audit workstreams for client engagements, ensuring quality delivery, recovery pipeline progression, stakeholder alignment, and team performance. The role requires hands-on understanding of audit methodology, claim defensibility, client and supplier communication, reporting governance, and process improvement. The Manager is expected to turn audit findings into recoveries, operational insights, and scalable delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Own assigned audit workstreams, including planning, data readiness, audit scope execution, claim review, supplier follow-up, reporting, and governance cadence.
· Set priorities and performance expectations for team members in line with recovery targets, quality metrics, and client commitments.
· Review and approve claim packs, complex calculation logic, supplier responses, and disputed cases before client or supplier escalation.
· Maintain client stakeholder relationships through structured updates on recoveries, pipeline, risks, issues, productivity, and root-cause opportunities.
· Identify new leakage scenarios and support expansion of audit coverage across AP, procurement, vendor funding, retail, correspondence, freight, or commercial terms.
· Drive process standardization, digital enablement, documentation discipline, and reporting improvements across the program.
· Manage team capacity, coaching, escalation handling, quality reviews, and retention actions for assigned resources.

• Working knowledge of ERP/AP systems, supplier portals, case-management tools, and audit repositories
• Ability to interpret contracts, agreements, rebates, allowances, pricing, and AP transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
· MBA, CA, or equivalent finance/audit qualification preferred
· Experience in audit delivery, post payment audit, AP recovery, retail finance, procurement analytics, or supplier recovery operations, with people/team management experience preferred

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data, documentation, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, professional communication, confidentiality, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
