This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Ideal candidates will be located near the Dublin, OH, office. Candidates must be able to work within EST business hours.

What Strategic Planning and Execution contributes to Cardinal Health

Strategic Planning and Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to Listings, Exclusions and Inclusions (LE&I), Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality
  • Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects
  • Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings
  • Develop and Grow Super User Community
  • Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop and deploy training
  • Develop Community of Practice
  • Optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution
  • Change management and communication within a matrixed organization, leading through influence with multiple cross-functional groups
  • Develop and Identify metrics to quantify business process improvement
  • Liaison with appropriate solution Run owner
  • Support the development of business requirements
  • Develop and mentor more junior-level team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 8+ years experience, preferred
  • Deep functional knowledge of Listings, Exclusions and Inclusions (LE&I), Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality, highly preferred
  • Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement
  • Strong influencing skills and proven success in forming partnerships with business stakeholders
  • Experience working with SAP, required
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA, preferred
  • Analytical and Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Presentation: Must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation, and associated economics

Anticipated salary range: $106,700 - $152,400
