DIGITAL WORK MADE REFRESHING With strong team support and guidance from leads, our content strategists plan, create, and manage our brand content across various digital platforms. TEAM MANAGEMENT Lead micro team, manage load of team members. Provide clear direction on content strategy and manage overall planning. Seek ways to improve the team morale and empower the team with better skills. CONTENT LEADERSHIP Approval of all briefs, captions, and final output for assigned brands from content end. Monitor content development, timelines and guide team in project management. Checking of scheduled and published content posts. Client coordination on content briefs, approvals, and other related matters when necessary TEAM RECRUITMENT Support in recruitment requirements for the team. Requirements STRONG COMMUNICATOR Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization. Proficient in copywriting and marketing, with impeccable grammar. High level of comprehension and learning curve. SMART, SELF STARTER Self-motivated Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity. Excellent time and tasks management Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. DIGITAL NAIVE Understanding of social media and digital marketing. Attuned to what's new and trending on social media and the digital universe. Comfortable with change and thrives in an ever-evolving environment. REQUIRED SKILLS Technical Writing. Proofreading. Content Writing. Organizing and Planning. Relationship Management. Copy Editing.
