As a Sr. Contracts Representative at Solstice, you will support the Procurement and Legal teams by reviewing, coordinating, and processing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers, service providers, and other third parties. This role focuses on ensuring NDAs are reviewed in a timely, consistent, and practical manner, aligned with Solstice’s standard positions, internal policies, and approval processes. You will work closely with Procurement, Legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers to support efficient contracting processes, identify deviations from approved templates, and escalate legal or commercial issues when appropriate. Your work will help enable business discussions while protecting Solstice’s confidential information. Review, process, and coordinate NDAs with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties. Support Procurement and business stakeholders in determining when an NDA is required for sourcing, supplier onboarding, project discussions, or information exchange. Review third-party NDA templates and identify deviations from Solstice’s standard positions, including confidentiality scope, permitted disclosures, term, residuals, return or destruction obligations, governing law, and assignment. Prepare and revise NDAs using Solstice-approved templates, playbooks, fallback language, and escalation guidance. Coordinate with Legal on non-standard provisions, higher-risk issues, or requested changes outside approved guidelines. Work with Procurement and internal stakeholders to ensure NDAs are accurate, routed for signature, finalized on time, and properly documented in the applicable contract management or intake systems. Identify opportunities to improve NDA intake, review timelines, templates, playbooks, and overall process efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience reviewing, coordinating, or managing contracts, NDAs, procurement agreements, or similar commercial documents. Experience supporting Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, sourcing, supplier onboarding, or commercial contracting processes. Ability to review contract language carefully and identify non-standard or potentially risky terms. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. WE VALUE: Experience with NDA review, procurement contracting, supplier onboarding, or contract lifecycle management systems. Paralegal certificate, legal studies background, business degree, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to follow playbooks, templates, approved fallback positions, and escalation guidelines. Good judgment to distinguish routine NDA issues from matters requiring Legal review. Strong organization skills and interest in improving processes, turnaround times, and contract intake workflows. Clear, practical, and business-oriented communication style.
