About the Role: The Senior Coordinator, Sports will be a key member of the Priority Commerce Sports organization, responsible for helping drive the execution, organization and growth of the Sports business. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that will work closely with Sports leadership and cross-functional teams across Priority. The Senior Coordinator will take ownership of a broad range of business-critical responsibilities spanning sales enablement, business development, CRM and pipeline management, proposal development, internal communications, project coordination and operational execution. This role is designed for someone who can operate independently, manage competing priorities and move work forward without requiring constant direction. The Senior Coordinator will be expected to understand the objectives of the Sports organization, anticipate needs, identify opportunities to improve processes and take ownership of projects and deliverables from start to finish. The ideal candidate is intelligent, organized, proactive, confident and highly dependable. They are comfortable working with senior executives and external partners, can navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment, and have the judgment to determine what needs to happen and how best to get it done. While the role will include a small portion of administrative and coordination responsibilities, the Senior Coordinator is expected to function as a business partner to Sports leadership. Success in this role will require initiative, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage meaningful areas of responsibility. Responsibilities: Business Operations & Execution Take ownership of key operational processes and projects supporting the Priority Commerce Sports organization. Help translate Sports leadership priorities into organized plans, timelines, deliverables and follow-up actions. Independently manage assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed. Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, organization and efficiency across the Sports organization. Develop and maintain systems, tools and processes that help the team manage priorities, opportunities, meetings and deliverables effectively. Monitor deadlines, commitments and key initiatives and proactively identify issues or potential delays before they become problems. Serve as a central resource for organizing information, priorities and activity across the Sports business. Exercise judgment in prioritizing competing requests and determining when issues require escalation to Sports leadership. Support the development and execution of internal operating rhythms, team meetings and business reviews. CRM, Pipeline & Business Intelligence Maintain ownership of Sports CRM processes and data quality, ensuring opportunities, contacts, activities and next steps are accurately captured and actionable. Develop and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards and other business-development reporting used by Sports leadership. Monitor pipeline activity, upcoming opportunities, follow-ups and key milestones and proactively communicate areas requiring attention. Help identify trends, gaps and opportunities within pipeline and sales activity. Coordinate with Sales Operations and other internal teams to improve CRM processes, reporting and visibility. Support preparation of regular pipeline reviews and leadership updates. Maintain organized records of key prospects, clients, partners, meetings and business-development activity. Executive & Team Support Provide high-level organizational and business support to Sports leadership, with an emphasis on anticipating needs and independently driving execution. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations and other information for leadership meetings and external engagements. Manage meeting logistics and follow-up for high-priority internal and external meetings. Track action items, commitments and next steps and proactively ensure they are addressed. Assist with calendar management, travel coordination, event logistics and other administrative responsibilities as needed. Draft and coordinate professional communications on behalf of Sports leadership when appropriate. Help organize team priorities, deadlines and activities to ensure the Sports organization operates efficiently. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Team & Business Development Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and results. Develop a strong understanding of the Sports industry, Priority's business and the organization's strategic objectives. Stay informed on trends, developments and opportunities across professional sports, collegiate athletics, sports technology and financial services. Represent Priority Commerce Sports professionally with clients, prospects, partners and industry stakeholders. Take on additional strategic projects and responsibilities as the Sports organization grows. What Success Looks Like: We're looking for someone who gets things done. Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of experience in coordination, executive support, sales support, business operations, sports business or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Experience developing presentations, proposals or other business-development materials preferred. Experience working with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience in professional sports, collegiate athletics, financial services or technology is a plus, but not required.
