Sr Customer Service Engineer

This full-time hybrid role is based in Istanbul, with a mix of remote work and on-site responsibilities.

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, performing field service tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining customer-focused service.

You will engage directly with customers to address and resolve their needs efficiently while enhancing the performance and reliability of our healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 Years mutual modalities experience is needed

• Proven experience in Field Service and performing on-sitesupport tasks seamlessly

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs effectively

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain high levels of client interaction • Bachelor's degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

• Knowledge of medical imaging systems and healthcare
