As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will support key operational and financial processes by ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, maintaining customer and transactional data, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient business operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience working in administrative, finance, or shared service environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate customer invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Review transactional data and resolve discrepancies related to billing or invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate customer and master data records in ERP systems.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support order-related administrative activities and operational processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Customer Care, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve invoice and documentation issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established standard operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, billing, order management, or administrative support within a Shared Service Center or multinational environment.
  • Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting billing, invoicing, or finance operations is a plus.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Knowledge of data quality and process improvement practices.
  • Experience working with large data sets in Excel.
