Rosa is on a mission to improve health outcomes, aiming to help people live longer and healthier lives through increased digital healthcare usage. To achieve this, Rosa is developing a patient app.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will contribute their talent and passion to creating delightful digital experiences for patients. Joining our team of over 40 members, you'll play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes, contributing to various projects, and assisting in data interpretation and visualization.

As our new Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with Rosa’s Chief Operating Officer, part of the Management Team, who comes with real, hands-on experiences in putting large analytics systems in production. You’ll also have regular contacts with internal stakeholders (product and engineering mainly) and the top management of the company.

Concretely, you will:

  • Deliver stable reporting to team members (including Management)
  • Own, document and maintain core metrics definition
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to create insightful reports and dashboards, used directly by the management team and the board to steer the company
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to team members and stakeholders through written reports and presentations
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and curiosity for exploring new data sources and analytical approaches.


Your profile:

  • You have 2 to 5 years proven track record analyzing complex data, ideally in a software company
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Economics, Business Engineering or Sciences or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to explore data
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities

Nice-to-Have's:

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
  • Ability to work with healthcare-specific data types such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or medical claims data
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Experience in TIMi suite (Anatella, TIMi modeler).


Working Conditions:

  • Partial remote work is possible, but you will want to spend time in the office
  • Brussels based office located above the Central train station, easily accessible by train, public transportation and bike (with secured private storage), with outstanding view on the city center
