WHAT YOU WILL DO The Sr. Data Analytics Business Partner acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and Enterprise Data, AI & Integration teams. This role independently partners with senior leaders to clarify strategic objectives, define data/AI/integration requirements, prioritize a demand backlog, and drive delivery of data solutions (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, curated datasets, integrations, and insights) that improve decision-making and operational performance. This role translates ambiguous business questions into well-scoped problems, ensures solutions are adopted, and champions data quality, governance, and data literacy across the business. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the trusted data and analytics point of contact for assigned business functions. Partner with leaders to understand business strategy, objectives, and key performance drivers. Translate business questions into analytics use cases, reporting requirements, and data solutions. Facilitate alignment between business priorities and enterprise data capabilities Business Intake & Prioritization Run intake for data/analytics/AI requests, manage prioritization of requests. Translate business needs into clear problem statements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria. Own and communicate a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned to business value. Serve as the business liaison with the Enterprise Data, AI and Integration teams for requirements. Delivery Planning & Execution Ensure delivery teams execute solutions according to agreed timelines, scope and specifications. Monitor progress, address execution risks, issues and escalate as needed to maintain delivery commitments. Communicate changes to delivery schedule to business stakeholders. Insight & Decision Support Provide analytical support that turns data into decision-ready insights. Define and standardize KPI frameworks and metric definitions. Communicate findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to business stakeholders. Drive Adoption, Governance & Continuous Improvement Ensure solutions are adopted and deliver value through changement, enablement and measurement of usage/impact. Champion data quality, stewardship and compliance. Continuously improve self-service, automation and integration patterns. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Minimum 8 years progressive experience business-facing analytics/BI, data product, business analysis, consulting, or a similar role delivering measurable outcomes, including 2+ years leading intake/prioritization and coordinating delivery across data/AI/integration teams. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured problem framing, options/tradeoffs, and executive-ready storytelling. Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into requirements, user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; manage a prioritized backlog/roadmap and set expectations on scope/timeline. Strong analytics fundamentals (KPI design, dashboarding, segmentation, root-cause analysis) and the judgment to select the right approach for the decision at hand. Working knowledge of SQL and data validation concepts; able to investigate metric discrepancies and partner with technical teams to resolve them. Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and best practices for usable, governed self-service. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
