At Kelly , we are looking for a Senior Graph Database Engineer with extensive experience in Data Engineering, Neo4j, and graph-based solutions to join an important technology project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing graph data models, configuring production-ready Neo4j environments, integrating structured and unstructured data sources, and optimizing query performance and scalability. This role will also collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate the graph platform with the Subscription Worker. Position details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Modality: Remote Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Contract: Initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension Key responsibilities: Design and implement graph data models. Configure Neo4j for production environments, including TLS, clustering, persistence, and sizing. Integrate multiple structured and unstructured data sources into the graph platform. Optimize Cypher queries, database performance, and scalability. Develop and support ETL/ELT data pipelines. Collaborate with technical teams on the integration of the graph platform with the Subscription Worker. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j. Expertise in graph data modeling, including nodes, relationships, and indexing strategies. Proficiency in Cypher query language. Experience handling structured and unstructured data sources. Knowledge of ETL/ELT data pipelines. Familiarity with APIs and/or event-driven ingestion architectures.
