At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
We are seeking a senior technology director to lead client enablement and technology assembly for the Broadridge Integrated Platform with a clear focus on end-to-end execution, delivery, and adoption. This leader will translate enterprise roadmaps, client priorities, and market opportunities into committed delivery plans, reusable platform capabilities, and repeatable implementation models that accelerate onboarding at scale. The role requires an executive who can drive cross-functional teams from strategy through implementation, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable client and business outcomes.
Client Enablement & Technology Assembly will be accountable for turning platform strategy into reliable end-to-end delivery execution. This includes leading client onboarding, APIs, Kafka streaming, reusable components, integration patterns, and data domain pipelines through clear plans, milestones, ownership models, and release-ready outcomes. The role combines delivery leadership, client-centric execution, technology assembly, and enterprise governance to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and repeatable solutions on committed timelines.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished delivery-focused technology executive with a proven record of leading large, distributed engineering organizations through complex platform execution. You bring the credibility to engage senior business and technology stakeholders, the judgment to make fast and disciplined trade-off decisions, and the operational rigor to convert strategy into delivery plans, release commitments, adoption milestones, and measurable outcomes. You are equally comfortable driving execution reviews, unblocking teams, simplifying complex technology landscapes, and delivering in a regulated, high-scale financial services environment.
The global financial services industry runs through Broadridge. Come be part of Ready for Next.
Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Management
- Provide executive delivery leadership for engineering teams spanning architecture, platform engineering, integration, data, and client enablement capabilities.
- Translate strategy into delivery roadmaps, execution plans, milestone commitments, operating rhythms, and success measures aligned to platform adoption and client outcomes.
- Build, coach, and retain senior technical leaders while creating a culture of ownership, urgency, delivery discipline, quality, resilience, and continuous improvement.
- Lead enterprise execution with clear decision rights, disciplined prioritization, active dependency management, and measurable delivery impact across people, process, platform, and client programs.
Client Enablement & Technology Assembly
- Own end-to-end delivery execution and client platform readiness for reusable capabilities, APIs, event streams, integration patterns, data pipelines, topology, architecture, and support models that accelerate onboarding and adoption.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Implementation, Technology, and client-facing executives to convert client needs into scoped delivery plans, technical blueprints, commercial enablement assets, reference implementations, accelerators, self-service capabilities, and repeatable delivery patterns.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, commitments, and client engagement to ensure predictable delivery quality, transparent execution, and production-ready outcomes.
Delivery Governance & Operational Readiness
- Run disciplined delivery governance across Agile execution, DevOps, SDLC, release management, production readiness, operational resilience, executive reporting, and delivery metrics for milestones, adoption, reuse, quality, performance, resiliency, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee build, design, testing, production support, environment readiness, disaster recovery, infrastructure, integration, operational dependencies, and support models to meet service levels, internal standards, control obligations, and peak-volume expectations.
- Establish monitoring, reporting, escalation, vendor oversight, health checks, observability, data validation, latency, capacity, release governance, readiness artifacts, and resiliency controls.
- Maintain engineering standards, capacity and resiliency planning, recovery playbooks, back-out plans, readiness drills, support handoffs, postmortems, and lessons learned to improve reliability and repeatability.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the senior delivery partner to business units and client-facing leaders, translating market needs, client priorities, and adoption barriers into executable platform delivery plans.
- Provide executive stakeholders with clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, release readiness, adoption opportunities, and value realization.
- Coordinate vendors, partners, and external engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose technology components that advance client onboarding and platform adoption.
Technical Leadership
- Strong strategic fluency across service-based and event-driven architectures, cloud engineering, cloud-native design, API platforms, streaming frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of modern data modeling, data architecture, data pipelines, observability, resiliency, non-functional requirements, and enterprise technology controls.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects while maintaining executive focus on strategy, risk, investment, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across software engineering, platform engineering, architecture, enterprise transformation, or large-scale technology delivery, preferably within financial services or fintech.
- 10+ years leading senior engineering organizations, budgets, delivery portfolios, transformation programs, vendor relationships, and cross-functional execution teams.
- Proven executive track record delivering enterprise-scale platforms, client-facing technology programs, operating model change, onboarding improvements, and measurable adoption outcomes.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated environments with responsibility for delivery execution across Agile, CI/CD, cloud platforms, modern software architecture, APIs, streaming, data platforms, and integration technologies.
- Executive presence with the ability to align senior stakeholders, communicate delivery priorities clearly, and drive decisions that unblock execution.
- Proven ability to lead leaders, develop delivery-focused talent, and inspire distributed teams through ambiguity, transformation, and sustained execution pressure.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, commercial judgment, enterprise risk awareness, and a clear bias for measurable delivery outcomes.
- Ability to balance innovation, platform reuse, operational resilience, investment trade-offs, delivery commitments, and client priorities.
- Deep understanding of platform engineering, APIs, integration, DevOps, cloud-native delivery, reusable technology assembly, and enterprise adoption models.
