What will you be doing?
WWT is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the Digital Workspace Practice, unifying Collaboration, End-User Computing (EUC), AIOps, and Contact Center/CX into a single, integrated practice organization. This leader will oversee practice managers across each discipline, set unified strategy for the modern digital workplace, and ensure the practice delivers a cohesive, AI-infused employee and customer experience portfolio. This is a senior leadership role reporting into the Digital Experiences VP, with responsibility for org design, P&L-adjacent practice performance, and cross-functional alignment with AI Advisory and AI Solutions peer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall strategy, structure, and performance of the Digital Workspace Practice spanning Collaboration, EUC, AIOps, and Contact Center/CX
- Lead and develop practice managers/directors across each sub-discipline (Collaboration Practice Manager, EUC/AIOps lead, Contact Center/CX lead)
- Define the unified go-to-market narrative for “digital workspace” as an integrated offering rather than siloed technology stacks
- Partner with sales leadership to drive bookings, pipeline health, and services attach rate across the practice
- Ensure delivery quality, staffing, and utilization targets are met across all sub-practices
- Represent the Digital Workspace Practice in executive, partner, and customer conversations
- Align practice strategy with WWT's broader AI initiatives, coordinating with the AI Advisory and AI Solutions organizations on shared accounts and offerings
- Own key technology partner relationships relevant to the practice (Cisco, Microsoft, Omnissa, AIOps vendors, CCaaS providers)
- Build and manage the practice's operating rhythm: forecasting, QBRs, staffing plans, and skills development roadmaps
- Drive organizational change management as the three sub-practices integrate into one operating unit
