The Senior Director, eCommerce leads the strategy, development, and optimization of the organization's e-commerce products and platforms to drive digital revenue growth and elevate customer experience. This role oversees multi-year product roadmaps, cross functional delivery, and platform performance, ensuring e-commerce capabilities align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. Essential Functions Develop and execute company e-commerce product strategy, defining a multi-year roadmap that improves customer experience and drives digital revenue Optimize online customer experience, ensuring the site is intuitive, responsive, visually compelling, and designed to maximize conversion and repeat sales Manage e-commerce performance and profitability, establishing KPIs, analyzing results, and guiding decisions on pricing, promotions, merchandising, and digital marketing investments Partner with senior leadership and cross business teams to align e-commerce initiatives with enterprise strategy and support new digital product and service opportunities Oversee vendor and technology partnerships, ensuring platforms and applications support marketing, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability Remove organizational barriers and accelerate decision making, ensuring teams have clarity, resources, and support to deliver high impact digital outcomes Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned People Management Accountable for team staffing and managing direct reports to include development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow ethical business practices and Company’s Code of Conduct to maintain a supportive and productive working environment.
