We promote a culture where engaged people are motivated and have opportunities to achieve their full potential, as part of one global team.

IDT is one of 10 Life Sciences companies of Danaher. Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the global Strategic Marketing organization across IDT including segment and category management, product marketing, market intelligence, and customer insight, while building organizational capability and developing leaders.

• Define enterprise segment and category strategies by assessing market attractiveness, growth potential, competitive position, customer needs, right-to-win, and investment priorities across the combined portfolio.

• Own customer segmentation, priority-customer definitions, buyer personas, customer journeys, and targeting strategies, and serve as the enterprise voice of the customer in portfolio and commercial decisions.

• Partner with Product Management to translate portfolio strategies, roadmaps, product-line priorities, and market requirements into differentiated value propositions, positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and prioritized commercial initiatives.

• Lead integrated go-to-market planning that connects business strategy, portfolio priorities, regional market needs, sales plays, and marketing programs globally.

• Build market and competitive intelligence mechanisms and synthesize customer, market, scientific, competitive, and financial inputs into clear growth choices, sequencing, ownership, and measures of success.

• Align & collaborate with Sales, regional commercial leaders, Commercial Excellence, Research and Insights, Digital, Marketing Operations, Regional Marketing, Finance, and other partners around activation plans and monitor outcomes through revenue growth, market share, pipeline contribution, customer penetration, launch effectiveness, retention, and share of wallet.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related discipline.

• 15 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, product management, or related growth functions.

• 8 years of global leadership experience, including leadership of managers and senior professionals.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in life sciences, genomics, diagnostics, biotechnology, biopharma services, healthcare, or related science- or technology-driven markets.

• Demonstrated success developing segment, category, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies that delivered measurable revenue growth or market-share outcomes.

• Experience integrating market, customer, competitive, portfolio, and financial inputs into commercial investment and prioritization decisions across multiple businesses, portfolios, or geographies.

• Experience partnering with Product Management, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Research and Development, and executive leadership in a complex global matrix.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Master of Business Administration, advanced business degree, or advanced scientific degree.

• Leading enterprise-scale organizational integration, change management, or strategic capability building across multiple operating businesses.

• Using voice-of-customer, market intelligence, segmentation, and commercial performance mechanisms to guide portfolio and go-to-market decisions.
