We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our newly formed platform engineering team. This role requires a background in DevOps, automation, and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and optimizing our platform to ensure it meets the needs of our organization. Your work will directly impact the productivity of our developers by abstracting repetitive tasks, managing infrastructure, and ensuring robust security measures.
* Develop and optimize automation scripts and tools to streamline development workflows, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall efficiency
* Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure consistent and reliable deployments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the development process and implement solutions that enhance productivity and quality
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability

In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyses, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices.
- Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
- Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
- Manages project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
- Additional responsibilities may include collaboration across teams and adherence to company standards.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
Experience:
Two or more years of analysis and technology experience.

Reports to Technology Manager – India or higher.
Working Hours:
Aligned to India business hours with flexibility for global collaboration.
