Sr. Enterprise Consultant – Enterprise-Functional

1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Supports and maintains functional design, process optimization, and solution configuration across ERP functional domains, ensuring business requirement alignment, system integrity, and effective adoption of enterprise processes. 2. Key Responsibilities: · Perform requirement discovery, fit–gap analysis, and functional solution design across ERP modules. · Configure application components, workflows, and functional rules based on defined business processes. · Supports functional architecture, process maps, and test scenarios for end-to-end enterprise workflows. · Ensures compliance with governance standards, data policies, and audit requirements across ERP functions. · Conducts UAT support, functional validation, and issue resolution throughout implementation cycles. · Supports and seeks guidance on best practices, standardized processes, and functional optimization opportunities. · Collaborates with technical teams for extensions, integrations, workflows, and functional enhancements. · Supports release cycles, change management, and functional readiness for major deployments.
