Sr. Enterprise Developer – Enterprise Application Development

1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Independently designs, develops, configures, tests, and supports enterprise application components and integrations for moderately complex business requirements, ensuring scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions aligned with technical standards and enterprise delivery practices. 2. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and enhance enterprise application modules, extensions, workflows, and integrations for assigned functional and technical requirements. · Convert business and functional specifications into technical designs, configurations, custom code, and integration components with limited supervision. · Build, modify, and maintain APIs, customizations, reports, automation components, and data flows supporting enterprise process and system integration needs. · Apply secure coding, audit, data governance, performance, and maintainability standards across configurations, code, and integrations. · Perform unit testing, impact analysis, defect resolution, performance validation, and technical documentation for assigned application components. · Lead peer code reviews for assigned work, recommend improvements, and support adoption of reusable components, standards, and development best practices. · Troubleshoot complex application issues, conduct root-cause analysis, support releases, upgrades, enhancements, and production stability activities.
