Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our Commercial organization, partnering closely with business leaders across our go-to-market teams. This is a highly business-facing finance role sitting at the intersection of Finance and the Commercial organization. The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A fundamentals with commercial acumen to help leadership understand performance, make informed investment decisions and drive sustainable growth.
The role will own financial planning and performance management for assigned business areas, with a strong focus on commercial performance, including ACV, sales capacity and productivity, incentive compensation, headcount investment, and business decision support. The role will have significant exposure to new logo acquisition and expansion while supporting the broader needs of the Commercial organization as priorities evolve.
This person will work closely with the Head of West Finance and will be expected to operate as a trusted finance partner to commercial leaders - going beyond reporting the numbers to understand what is driving performance, why it is changing, and what actions the business should take.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based on the U.S. East Coast who work Eastern Time hours, supporting close collaboration with our Commercial teams across the U.S., UK, and Canada.
