We are currently searching for a Sr Frontend Developer: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends. Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components. Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability. Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router and lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications. Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend. Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams. Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning activities. Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency. Your Profile (Requirements) Proven experience as a Web UI Lead or Senior Frontend Developer driving technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle. Deep expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components . Strong experience utilizing state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query . Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure , and CI/CD automation tools like GitHub Actions . Experience ensuring code quality and security using tools like SonarQube and Mend . High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Lead a team of UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews. Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges. Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards. Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.
