About the Role

We are looking for a *Senior Graphic Designer* to lead the creative execution of high-impact visual content across digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing compelling visuals, mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative work for founders, authors, executives, and global brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets for social media, branding, websites, and marketing campaigns.

* Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into visually engaging designs.

* Design premium social media graphics, carousels, presentations, digital ads, and marketing collateral.

* Create visuals for reels, YouTube thumbnails, and other short-form content.

* Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by maintaining visual identity guidelines.

* Collaborate with marketing, content, publishing, and leadership teams on creative strategies.

* Review, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers to maintain high design standards.

* Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

*Requirements*

* 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.

* Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.

* Strong expertise in branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.

* Experience creating designs optimized for social media and digital marketing.

* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and creative design projects.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

* Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers will be considered a plus.
