🎨 We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer

Remote | Full-Time | Night Shift

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and advanced skills in graphic design, photo manipulation, advertising, branding, and visual content creation.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief, develop a strong creative concept, and execute polished designs across multiple formats and platforms.

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, posters, thumbnails, and digital content

• Create high-quality advertising creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for different brands

• Design marketing, promotional, campaign, and branded materials

• Create professional posters, promotional artwork, key visuals, and campaign graphics

• Perform advanced photo manipulation, compositing, retouching, and image enhancement

• Handle complex masking, selections, cutouts, background removal, and object replacement

• Perform color correction and color grading for images and creative assets

• Use Adobe Lightroom for professional photo editing, color correction, and image enhancement

• Create realistic composites by combining multiple images and elements

• Retouch products, people, locations, and commercial photography

• Adapt designs into different dimensions, formats, and platform requirements

• Maintain consistency across brand identities and visual systems

• Develop creative variations for A/B testing and advertising campaigns

• Stay updated with modern design, advertising, Instagram, TikTok, and visual content trends

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaigns and new visual concepts

• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers when required

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom

• Strong understanding of photo manipulation, compositing, retouching, masking, and color grading

• Experience designing posters, social media content, advertising creatives, banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, spacing, balance, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying heavily on templates

• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity

• Experience creating designs specifically for paid advertising and social media

• Good working knowledge of Canva

• Experience with AI design and image-generation tools is a plus

• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects

• Strong professional portfolio is required

Someone who can do more than just make things look good.

You should be able to understand a brief, develop the concept, manipulate imagery, build the composition, get the colors right, and deliver a final design that actually works.
