Position Purpose

An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The Sr. HCM
Specialist, ABA Sales will be responsible for driving new client acquisition within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
market across the United States for Viventium + Apploi.

This role will focus on executing a targeted go-to-market approach, building a strong pipeline of new business
opportunities, and closing new logo clients within the ABA space. The Sr. HCM Specialist will operate as a strategic
individual contributor - partnering cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class client experience and support the
company’s expansion within the ABA market.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings a strong track record of success in
new business development within healthcare, HCM, or SaaS-based solutions.

Key Objectives

• Drive new revenue growth through new client acquisition in the ABA market
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified ABA opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned individual sales quotas
• Position Viventium + Apploi as a trusted partner within ABA organizations
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
• Identify, prospect, and engage target ABA providers across the U.S.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for new clients
• Conduct discovery, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and booking targets

Market Engagement & Industry Expertise:

• Develop a strong understanding of the ABA market, including workforce and compliance challenges
• Build credibility with prospective clients by demonstrating industry knowledge
• Stay informed on competitive offerings and market trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing on targeted outreach and lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership (Director, ABA Sales) on pipeline strategy and deal execution
• Work closely with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Sales Process & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and timely pipeline updates within CRM
• Track individual performance metrics and conversion rates
• Participate in forecast calls and pipeline reviews
• Contribute feedback to improve sales messaging and tools

Relationship Development:

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
• Develop referral relationships within the ABA ecosystem

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written channels
• Travel as needed for client meetings, industry conferences, and prospect engagement (estimated 25–40%)

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition
• Proven success meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas
• Experience selling HCM, SaaS, healthcare technology, or related solutions
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and pipeline management discipline
• Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare organizations
• Exposure to workforce management, payroll, or HR technology solutions
• Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial sales environments

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Base Salary Range: $76,600 – $102,300 per year
• This range reflects the expected base salary for this position and is aligned with market data and internal equity
considerations
• Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and
geographic location
• This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or other incentive compensation, in accordance with
Company plans
