Summary:

We're establishing our first dedicated APAC operations presence to support a strategic enterprise customer deploying our Enkrypt AI guardrails platform. You'll own the day-to-day technical relationship with this customer's cyber security and AI infrastructure teams, ensuring their production deployment runs smoothly and meets contracted service levels. This role is the foundation for building out broader APAC coverage as our regional footprint grows.

What You'll Do:

• Own guardrails policy tuning, incident triage, and root-cause analysis for a security-sensitive AI deployment in a regulated industry
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer's cyber security and AI infrastructure teams, building trusted working relationships
• Monitor performance dashboards, triage alerts, and respond to on-call escalations within contract SLAs
• Lead weekly customer check-in calls and coordinate periodic red-team engagements to validate guardrails effectiveness
• Maintain test suites and observability infrastructure to catch issues before they impact production
• Document operational patterns, incident learnings, and troubleshooting playbooks to build a knowledge base for future APAC team growth
• Collaborate across timezones with Anaconda engineering and product teams to surface field signals and drive platform improvements

Your Impact Will Be Measured Through:

• Meeting contracted SLA targets for on-call response times and incident resolution
• Maintaining a healthy guardrails deployment with minimal security incidents and policy misconfigurations
• Quality of root-cause analyses and effectiveness of preventive measures implemented
• Strength of working relationship with customer teams, measured through customer feedback and engagement
• Coverage and effectiveness of red-team test suites in identifying guardrails gaps

What You Need:

• 5+ years experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, including observability and alerting tooling
• Proven track record in incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational support for production systems
• Deep expertise in either security operations OR AI/ML systems, with demonstrated interest and working knowledge of the other domain
• Experience tuning policies or configurations for AI systems, including understanding of LLM integrations and guardrails concepts
• Direct customer-facing experience managing technical relationships and communicating about complex incidents
• Comfortable working autonomously as a sole regional owner with high judgment and minimal local support

• You have experience in both security operations and AI/ML, able to bridge these domains naturally when evaluating guardrails effectiveness
• You've supported customers in regulated or high-sensitivity industries like mining, critical infrastructure, or OT-adjacent environments
• You've participated in or led red-team or adversarial testing exercises specifically targeting AI systems
• You're energized by building something new rather than inheriting established processes, and you document as you go so others can follow
• You've worked in fast-paced startup environments where you owned customer outcomes end-to-end with minimal handoffs
• You have experience with open-source AI or data science tools and communities, and understand enterprise adoption patterns
