Serve as the primary Legal Operations business lead supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across Corporate Legal and Global Trade Operations. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving business readiness, process documentation, user adoption, testing coordination, training, deployment support, and operational transition activities for large-scale technology and process transformation programs.
As a Sr Legal Operations in the Corporate Legal function, you will act as a critical liaison between legal organization functional leaders, business process owners, project teams and technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. A successful candidate will have project management experience, a strong affinity for systems and processes, and significant leadership through influence.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of Legal Governance & Systems and will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule (up to 2 days a week remote).
- Serve as the primary Legal Operations business lead for strategic transformation initiatives, partnering with legal leaders, business process owners, project teams, and technical stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes.
- Lead business readiness activities, ensuring new processes, technologies, and operational capabilities are effectively prepared for adoption and integrated into day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate the documentation and validation of business requirements, future-state processes, operating procedures, role guides, and operational readiness materials.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, scenario development, participant readiness, execution tracking, defect management, and business sign-off processes.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer programs, and adoption materials that enable successful transition to new processes and systems.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities, including impact assessments, communication planning, feedback collection, and readiness monitoring.
- Promote consistent execution, clear ownership, accurate documentation, and effective handoffs across workstreams.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience supporting Legal Operations, Compliance Operations, Global Trade Operations, ERP programs, complex business operations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables to completion.
- 3+ years of experience working within Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Regulatory, or Global Trade functions.

- Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, enterprise integrations, or large-scale technology deployments
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing, defect coordination, hypercare, and deployment readiness
- Experience developing and facilitating end-user training for varied audiences
- Ability to build productive relationships, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to evolving workstreams
- Practical problem solving, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset
