About the Role The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence is responsible for leading Veralto's global Business Intelligence strategy, governance, and delivery organization. This highly visible leadership role will drive the evolution of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities while enabling scalable, governed self-service analytics across the company. The successful candidate will lead a global team of BI professionals, establish enterprise standards and governance, modernize reporting platforms, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across commercial, finance, service, marketing, and operational functions. This role is ideal for a leader who combines deep technical Business Intelligence expertise with strong people leadership, stakeholder influence, and a passion for driving business transformation through data. In This Role, You Will Lead, develop, and mentor a global multi-level Business Intelligence organization, fostering talent development, succession planning, and delivery excellence. Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance model, and reporting portfolio. Oversee analytics platforms including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting, COMPASS, and related technologies. Establish and maintain enterprise standards for BI architecture, KPI definitions, data governance, security, documentation, and data quality. Manage the complete BI product lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, adoption, training, and support. Drive modernization of legacy reporting solutions and lead migration efforts to future-state analytics platforms. Enable governed self-service analytics through enterprise programs and user communities. Partner with business, data, and technology stakeholders globally to prioritize investments and maximize business value. Oversee backlog management, portfolio planning, JIRA governance, release management, and performance measurement. Support advanced analytics, data science, and AI initiatives in partnership with enterprise technology and governance teams. Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leaders and executive stakeholders. The Essential Requirements of the Job Include Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, or data platforms. 4+ years of people leadership experience within a global and/or matrixed organization. Proven experience leading enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and product delivery. Deep expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, security, and performance optimization. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM systems. Strong knowledge of data governance, KPI standardization, reporting architecture, and analytics best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, and JIRA governance. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills. Ability to travel up to 15% as required . It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Master's degree or MBA in Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Premium, Azure, AWS, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, XMLA endpoints, Power Automate, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks. Experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting, MDM, ERP integrations, and semantic model governance. Experience building BI Centers of Excellence, Super User networks, or governed self-service analytics programs. Experience supporting global commercial, finance, service, marketing, or executive leadership stakeholders. Knowledge of DBS, Lean, change management, or continuous improvement methodologies. US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $185,000 - $205,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
