WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Shape and translate PMI’s Payroll & Time strategy into transformation roadmaps, business cases and delivery plans
  • Lead global Payroll & Time transformation initiatives across multiple markets and regions through a group of Project Managers reporting to you
  • Conduct market assessments, due diligence and readiness reviews to support strategic decisions
  • Analyze payroll operating models, service delivery arrangements, technologies and compliance requirements
  • Drive standardization, simplification and optimization opportunities across the Payroll & Time landscape
  • Lead RFQ/RFP activities in partnership with Procurement and key stakeholders
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with global providers including ADP, Strada, EY, KPMG and others
  • Support contract negotiations, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and governance frameworks
  • Develop business cases, investment proposals and benefits realization tracking
  • Prepare executive-level recommendations and influence decisions across a complex global stakeholder network
  • Act as a trusted advisor supporting PMI’s long-term Payroll & Time transformation agenda


SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Payroll, Time Management, or related areas
  • Strong expertise in Payroll & Time processes, technologies, and service delivery models
  • Experience working with global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Strada, KPMG, EY) would be an asset
  • Proven track record in vendor management, negotiations, and contract governance
  • Experience with global or regional RFP/RFQ processes is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strategic, results-oriented professional with strong ownership and ability to thrive in complex environments
