WHAT YOU WILL DO The Sr. Manager, Product Management (Mobility Operations) leads product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for Commercial/Mobility Operations, including Collections, Customer Service, End of Term, and Remarketing. Working within the strategic direction established by the Director, this role translates business and customer needs into product priorities and scalable solutions. This role manages product professionals, coordinates complex cross-functional initiatives, and partners with Operations, Digital, Data and Analytics, and Technology to improve customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for Commercial/Mobility Operations in alignment with departmental and enterprise priorities. Translate customer journeys, operational needs, business requirements, and performance insights into product opportunities and recommendations. Present significant priorities, dependencies, and investment needs to the Director for alignment and approval. Product Ownership and Delivery Oversight: Oversee product ownership for Mobility Operations applications and capabilities. Guide the development of requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data needs, ensuring alignment with approved priorities. Partner with Technology, Data, Digital, and delivery teams to monitor scope, quality, timing, risks, and dependencies and to support reliable delivery. Program and Feature Development: Lead the development and implementation of customer and operational capabilities across Collections, Customer Service, End of Term, and Remarketing. Ensure initiatives have clearly defined objectives, success measures, and expected outcomes. Coordinate stakeholders, resolve routine delivery issues, and escalate significant risks or trade-offs to leadership. Performance and Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor product KPIs tied to customer, employee, and operational outcomes. Use analytics, feedback, and performance results to recommend product enhancements and roadmap adjustments. Partner with Data and Analytics to maintain reporting and support continuous improvement. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in product management, CX, DX, or digital platforms. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Proven experience owning strategy and outcomes, designing and optimizing engagement or lifecycle programs across dealer experiences Experience working in a product-based organization and Agile/Scrum environment Experience leading teams or complex cross-functional initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced degree or relevant product management certification preferred. Advanced knowledge of product management, roadmap development, product lifecycle practices, and digital platforms. Knowledge of customer journeys and operational processes across Collections, Customer Service, End of Term, and Remarketing. Ability to translate business and customer needs into product priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes. Ability to lead complex initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate across business and technology teams. Knowledge of CRM platforms, workflow automation, data integration, personalization, and analytics. Effective people leadership, coaching, performance management, and employee-development skills.
