Sr. Oracle Fusion Administrator

The Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Applications, with a primary focus on Financial (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Warehouse Management Software (WMS) modules. This role will analyze functional business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and execute continuous system maintenance and improvements. Additionally, this role will contribute to enterprise reporting via Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), assist in managing integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and maintain built-in reporting tools.

• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations business analysts to capture functional requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Execute hands-on functional and technical configurations across Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM, and WMS modules.
• Design, test, and deploy functional updates, custom workflows, approvals, and business rules via Oracle Fusion Setup and Maintenance.
• Collaborate on Oracle Fusion release updates, performing impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Define and manage security structures, role-based access control (RBAC), custom roles, and segregation of duties (SoD) policies using Oracle Security Console.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to resolve system issues and service requests.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), collaborating directly with Oracle Support to resolve platform issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional spec documentation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize reports using out-of-the-box Oracle Fusion reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Business Intelligence Publisher.
• Leverage Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)/Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) to support executive dashboards, advanced analytics, and cross-functional data modeling.
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure data integrity between transactional Fusion modules and downstream reporting platforms.

• Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of core business processes across Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and Supply Chain (Plan-to-Produce, Inventory Management).
• Reporting Expertise: Proficiency with OTBI and BIP report development. Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for enterprise reporting.
• Integrations: Practical experience maintaining integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Environment Management: Demonstrated experience navigating Quarterly Patching cycles, environment refreshes, and change management processes.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
• Time Management: Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of system development methodology and principles of project management

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience administering, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP and SCM).
• Preferred Certification: Oracle Fusion ERP or SCM Cloud Implementation Specialist.

Salary Information: An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $111,370 and $166,579. We typically pay out between $118,000 and $150,000. The actual salary offered will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
