Work with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders (e.g., development, interconnection, finance, engineering, construction, battery energy storage, operations, asset management, insurance, legal) to create an issues list and develop the negotiation strategy. Creatively structure commercial terms to reduce risk that is outside company’s control.
