Job Description:
Purpose of the job
The purpose of this role is to accelerate adoption and commercial value creation across Collinson’s partner-facing products, tools and services. Acting in a business development-style capacity within Partnerships, the role will identify, shape, sell and drive opportunities for partners to adopt digital products including (but not limited to) Lounge Management Solutions (LMS), Waitlist, Partner Portal, Data Services, Integrations and other partner-related capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, partner engagement, customer experience and portfolio performance.
The role will work closely with regional Partnership Managers, wider regional Partnerships teams, Product, Value Proposition, Commercial, Operations, Data, Technology, Marketing and other relevant functions to build a clear pipeline of opportunities, support partner conversations, develop compelling propositions and coordinate implementation plans that drive measurable adoption and usage across the global partner portfolio.
A key focus will be translating product and service capabilities into partner-relevant value propositions, ensuring that opportunities are prioritized based on commercial impact, partner need, operational readiness and strategic fit. The role will also help establish repeatable approaches, engagement materials and adoption frameworks that can be deployed consistently across regions, whether through a regional, centralized or global operating model, while feeding regional requirements, partner feedback, market insight and adoption barriers into Product and Value Proposition teams to help evolve Collinson’s digital product roadmap.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and highly collaborative, with the ability to spot opportunities, influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery and support growth and adoption of partner-facing solutions across the Travel Experiences ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Work with regional Partnership Managers, wider regional Partnerships teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify partners and markets where Collinson’s products, services and digital capabilities can create commercial, operational or strategic value.
- Business Development and Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of adoption and growth opportunities, progressing prospects from identification through partner engagement, proposition development, commercial alignment and implementation support.
- Partner Engagement: Support partner conversations and business reviews by positioning relevant tools and services in a way that addresses partner priorities, improves engagement and strengthens long-term relationships.
- Product and Service Adoption: Sell and drive partner adoption of LMS, Waitlist, Partner Portal, Data Services and other partner-facing digital products, tools and services within the allocated region, ensuring partners understand the value, use cases and benefits of each proposition.
- Proposition Development: Translate product capabilities into clear, partner-facing propositions, including use cases, benefits, adoption materials and business case inputs to support decision making and implementation.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across Product, Commercial, Operations, Data, Technology, Finance, Marketing and regional Partnerships teams to ensure opportunities are qualified, prioritized and delivered effectively.
- Commercial and Strategic Alignment: Ensure opportunities are assessed against commercial potential, partner need, implementation feasibility, regional priorities and wider Travel Experiences strategy.
- Reporting, Usage and Insight: Track pipeline progress, adoption levels, partner feedback, barriers to implementation, product usage and commercial outcomes, working with partners and internal teams to optimize usage once products are adopted and providing clear reporting and actionable insight to leadership and relevant teams.
- Regional Insight and Product Feedback: Capture partner requirements, regional needs, market insights and feedback on product functionality, feeding these into Product and Value Proposition teams to support ongoing product evolution and ensure regional insight informs future roadmap priorities.
- Scalable Adoption Frameworks: Help develop repeatable engagement approaches, playbooks and best practice materials that support consistent adoption across regions and partner segments.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Experience in business development, partnerships, partner success, payments, product adoption, account management or a related commercial role, ideally within travel, airport experiences, technology-enabled services or B2B environments. Experience selling digital products, platforms or tools is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, assess value potential and build compelling partner propositions.
- Proven ability to engage external partners, understand their priorities and influence adoption, usage and optimization of products, services, digital tools or operational solutions.
- Good understanding of product-led growth, partner enablement, implementation planning and adoption management.
- Comfortable working with data and insight to priorities opportunities, track performance, monitor adoption and identify barriers to growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional Partnership Managers, wider regional teams and central functions including Product, Value Proposition, Commercial, Operations, Data, Technology, Finance and Marketing.
- Strong communicator, able to translate product capabilities and operational requirements into clear, partner-facing messages and internal recommendations.
- Highly proactive, organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities through a structured pipeline.
Experience in the airport ecosystem, lounge operations, travel experiences or partner-facing digital tools is advantageous but not essential.
