Position Summary The Sr. PLC Application Engineer Lead serves as a technical authority—owning standards, complex logic, and mentoring for PLC teams. Key Responsibilities Define reusable code libraries and standards; review and approve complex PLC logic. Lead troubleshooting and performance improvements during commissioning. Coach engineers; plan training and capability development. Qualifications 10+ years PLC programming with deep Rockwell/Siemens expertise; leadership experience. Proficiency in industrial networking and safety interlocks. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed.
