As a Sr Product Management Specialist – Li-Ion Tamer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and advancing our Advanced Detection Li-ion Tamer solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for driving NPIs, market intelligence, roadmap based on product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Li-ion-Tamer solutions that meet market demands and business objectives. You will report directly to our Li-ion Tamer leadership, and you’ll work out of our Columbus, OH office on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development and commercialization of cutting-edge Li-ion Tamer products, contributing to Honeywell’s leadership in early warning technologies and innovation. Execute product strategies and roadmaps for Li-ion Tamer products aligned with business goals. Collaborate with product leaders, engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to define NPI product requirements and ensure timely delivery. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Conduct and manage Voice of the Customer discussions with analysis to direct the product offering roadmap. Incorporate findings into Market Requirements and Product Requirement Documents (MRD, PRD). Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch support. Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to support product initiatives and business growth. YOU MUST HAVE Experience working in relevant product management roles in fire or related industry. Experience with product lifecycle management, and market dynamics including market development, vertical market research, product pricing and channel strategy Working with market trends, customer requirements, and competitive products to drive product strategy, and NPI development and launch. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products. Familiarity with energy storage, giga-scale battery plants, data centers and other relevant Lion-Tamer applications and technical understanding is highly desirable. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, or related field. Experience in product development engineering or a similar technical leadership role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for innovation. Experience in agile product development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
