About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Sr Program Analyst to provide senior-level analytical support for acquisition, financial assistance, and organizational transformation initiatives. This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Lead complex studies and assessments. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Evaluate program effectiveness and compliance. Support enterprise-wide improvement initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops. Develop executive-level reports and presentations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Ten (10) years of relevant experience Experience with federal government. Strong Excel skills.
