We have are seeking a leader of leaders to manage a portfolio of strategic technology programs, ensuring successful delivery, compliance, and business alignment.

Develop and lead Project Managers, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver results.

Serve as the escalation point for project issues, maintain strong stakeholder communication, and drive transparency, collaboration, and project success.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for compliance with enterprise, IT standards, Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) and Solution Delivery methodology (SDM) etc.
• Align business goals, project activities, governance, and delivery standards.
• Drive process improvements, measurable value, quality, and timely problem resolution.
• Provides leadership of Program and Project Managers including development and performance management.
• Effectively engages with Project Stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure projects are appropriately planned, funded, resourced, managed, and executed while ensuring that benefits are realized.
• Responsible for managing cross-functional Program and Project Risks, Issues and Dependencies.
• Responsible for establishing and maintain effective communication channels with Program stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates on project delivery progress.
• Applies detailed logic and conceptual skills to effectively solve highly sophisticated problems.
• Assumes overall responsibility for budget and impact on corporate profitability and overall financial results giving the company's overall success.
• Drives a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven culture that supports career growth.

What will you need to be successful?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Certifications

Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and/or PMP certification preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership and coaching Senior PMs.

• Experience delivering large Business-IT programs and measurable improvements, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams, translate strategy into action plans, and lead organizational change.

Languages:Effective English communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge: Strong business and financial acumen with experience in global, multicultural environments.

Awareness of industry developments, governance, and security practices.
