Sr. Program Manager, Alliance Management and Integrated PMO
BattelleBattelle delivers when others can’t. We conduct research and development, manage national laboratories, design and manufacture products and deliver critical services for our clients—whether they are a multi-national corporation, a small start-up or a government agency. We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply. Job Summary We are currently seeking an Alliance Management and Integrated PMO Senior Program Manager . This position is a full-time opportunity located remotely. Modern nuclear deployments bring together reactor and secondary system designers, engineering and construction contractors, equipment suppliers, national laboratories, federal agencies, regulators, utility operators, and investors. Each organization arrives with its own management systems, priorities, performance measures, and decision-making processes. Even when individual organizations perform effectively within their own scope, overall project performance can suffer when no single organization is responsible for integrating the enterprise. Organizational alliance models — built on shared objectives, integrated project teams, collaborative decision-making, and collective accountability — mitigate this risk. While innovative, these models create a need for effective interface management, participant alignment, governance oversight, and execution discipline through integrated Program Management Office (PMO) services. The selected candidate will own Battelle's Alliance Management and Integrated PMO services scope for clients, standing up alliance governance and an integrated management system before leading a managed service through execution. This role sits at the intersection of collaborative governance and disciplined project controls, converting Alliance Board direction into operating routines and maintaining one integrated picture of cost, schedule, risk, and commitments across every participant. Responsibilities As an Alliance Management and Integrated PMO Senior Program Manager, the selected individual will serve as Battelle's lead for Alliance Management and Integrated PMO services, owning methods, staffing, integration, deliverables, continuity, and service performance across the program.
