Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering governance adoption, licensing inventory progress, AI inquiry volume and disposition, program milestones, KU/MKU implementation progress, risks, and dependencies. Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership, board, and advisory audiences, and support governance reporting and strategic communications. Support AI governance processes and documentation, identify workflow improvement and automation opportunities, and coordinate alignment with Digital Transformation initiatives. Coordinate KU/MKU pilot activities, data collection, baseline development, readiness metrics, reporting, and integration with portfolio and product planning activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 7-10+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, PMO, governance, operations, or enterprise initiative leadership.
