Job Description

• Support everyday developments on the Overtime Project for the existing solution by understanding the technology and troubleshooting issues in the existing process
• Improve usage of the Overtime project existing solution in areas where Overtime occurs
• Work with the Employee Relations Team in building a strong OT Audit Process to ensure compliance
• Work with the technology teams to build a permanent Overtime Tracking and Payment Solution
• Work with technology stakeholders to build a dashboard for Overtime reporting and tracking
• Constantly drive FLM Training and Assessment to build capability and compliance among employees around the Overtime subject. Partner with the training team to build automated training modules to ensure continuous training
• Over and above the overtime project the resource will also work on other projects in the space of Talent Management.
• Lead and oversee HR transformation projects from initiation to completion;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines;
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively;
• Monitor project progress and report on status to key stakeholders;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner;
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards;
• Drive process improvements and innovation within the HR function;
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
