Sr. Project Manager (Oracle ERP)

Sr. Project Manager - ERP Implementation (Oracle Fusion) Location: Remote Overview We are seeking experienced Sr. Project Managers to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation within a complex enterprise environment These consultants will work as peer-level project managers, sharing responsibility for project delivery across multiple ERP workstreams. Must have solid Azure DevOps (ADO) This is a highly hands-on role focused on project execution, governance, planning, stakeholder management, and delivery. The ideal candidates bring deep ERP implementation experience, strong organizational leadership, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities ERP Project Delivery Lead assigned Oracle Fusion ERP implementation workstreams from planning through deployment. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans in Azure DevOps (ADO) Manage milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, action items, and decisions. Coordinate activities across business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams. Drive accountability and proactively address delivery obstacles. Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately. Ensure project momentum between formal status meetings. Governance & Reporting Create and maintain project governance artifacts and delivery documentation. Develop executive-ready status reports, presentations, and steering committee materials. Provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies. Maintain accurate project information and reporting data within Azure DevOps. Support enterprise governance processes and reporting requirements. Stakeholder Management Build strong partnerships with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from project teams to executive leadership. Facilitate alignment across teams and resolve delivery challenges. Present project status transparently, including risks and issues. Collaborate closely with program leadership and peer project managers. Agile & Hybrid Delivery Apply Agile practices while maintaining overall project management accountability. Participate actively in delivery ceremonies and working sessions. Support teams in resolving blockers and maintaining delivery momentum. Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads. Operate effectively within a hybrid Agile and traditional project delivery environment. Required Qualifications Significant experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives. Proven success managing ERP implementations or major ERP workstreams. Strong project planning, governance, risk, and dependency management expertise. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting. Experience creating executive presentations, governance materials, and status reports. Ability to manage cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, and vendor organizations. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Demonstrated ability to own deliverables as an individual contributor. Preferred Qualifications Direct Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience. Financial services, banking, credit union, or regulated industry experience. Experience supporting: Finance transformation Accounting operations Procurement processes Source-to-Pay (S2P) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) General Ledger functions Experience working with system integrators and enterprise software vendors. Familiarity with Clarity PPM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
